Tirupati has the adobe of Tirumala Hill Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple which is the most visited religious place. Each day Tirumala receives more than 10000 footfall and 90,000 people wait in various queue complexes, darshan queues for darshan. Some times it takes morethan 24 to 48 hours for 3 seconds darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Some times the queue extends 3 KM in line and there is no chance for people who are senior citizens and physically handicapped for waiting.
TTD from 1995 has provided a 2 time separate slot for Physically Challenged & Senior Citizens in a day. In these two slots a 30 min window is provided for Senior citizens, Physically Challenged people who have Online tickets & Current Booking backside of Temple near VQC 4 Gate. Special battery operated vehicles, wheel chairs are provided to Physically Handicapped candidates. Srivari Sevak Volunteers are also available for assisting people for darshan.
Temple Board has started issuing advance reservation for limited number of Senior Citizens, Physically Handicapped people in online at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in.
Tirumala Senior Citizen Tickets, Physically Handicapped Tickets Requirements:
For Senior Citizens tickets one should produce Age proof like Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Driving License. NRI devotees can use their passport for tickets reservation.
Physically Handicapped devotees need to produce their Disability certificate issued by a Government body or institution.
People who have visible handicapped or recently discharged from hospital from a surgery etc should produce their Hospital certificates during verification.
Maximum 2 persons are allowed for Single ticket booking and for Physically Challenged people can bring an additional person as their support.

The schedule and timings for online booking is 03:00 PM on designated day.
Steps to Register TTD Physically Handicapped, Senior Citizens Darshan Online Tickets:
First check your eligibility by reading the instructions from Official website and check the release schedule.
Now Login the mobile app or website, ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in 10 minutes before 03:00 PM. Use mobile number for accessing the tickets registration.
In the profile page of Darshan menu choose Sr Citizen or Physically Challenged option. If you choose Senior Citizen, only aadhar or PAN or Driving License number is enough.
If you choose Physically Challenged you must upload the certificate while entering their details.
Select the required option between them and choose the required date of the available month.
Now enter the number of tickets and proceed to fill the pilgrim or visitor details. Provide details matching with the ID card you are using.
Once the details are entered successfully select Submit button. Your tickets were generated automatically.
Pilgrims with proper tickets are also eligible too book one day accommodation for Room in Tirumala.
Provide the hard copy with original ID proof at the reporting gate.
